Lightroom 2015.9: Color problems on panorama stitching

I'm having some strange problems stitching panoramas in the new version of Lightroom 2015.9. My exposures are a stop too bright, and the color in the highlights is oversaturated to the point of looking posterized. I'm stitching infrared images using a custom camera profile. I did not have this problem with the previous build of lightroom.

It could be source image dependent. I am not aware of any Lightroom 2015.9 change that could explain this. If you do a reset of the develop settings on the result pano DNG, does the image still look over-exposed?

I think I figured it out when I was chatting with the tech from Adobe. The images that are looking strange were all shot with the Batis 85mm on my Sony. That lens profile is pretty extreme, and for some strange reason, it gets applied automatically when I stitch, whether I like it or not. I think the workaround is to create a custom version of the profile with the corrections turned down to almost nothing, and leave that as the default.....
