'Color Management' option not available in 'Print Settings' in Lightroom 5.7.

I have a new Epson SureColor P600 and will be printing using various ICC print profiles (as well as documents which don't require such specific color detail). If I use a profile, will this override the printer? For some reason there is no 'Color Management' option in 'Print Settings'. My Lightroom system is up to date as is my Mac (Yosemite 10.10.2).

What is "Print Settings"? In the LR Print module, I see a Print Job section that includes a Color Management area:

In this screenshot I have right-clicked on the Print Job section title area to show the various sections that can be hidden or shown in case you are missing the Print Job section, entirely, and need to right-click on one of the other section titles and enable it.

Thanks Steve. I do have this information - but my question relates to the Warning at the end of the box : ! When selecting a custom profile, remember to turn off color management in the printer driver dialog box. Black point compensation will be useful for this print".

Where I can't find anything relating to color management is in the printer driver box - which is where I am expecting to find it (under Print Settings on the right hand side of the Print Module).

Thanks for your time.
