Photoshop: Cmd Tab issues since upgrading to MacOS Sierra

Since upgrading to MacOS Sierra I have a problem when using Photoshop and Cmd-Tab to change to another app. Leaving works just fine, however if I have a dialog box such as Levels or JPEG options open, I cannot use Cmd-Tab to get back to Photoshop. In that case I must either click on the dock icon or choose the space Photoshop is occupying. To make matters more complicated, not all dialog boxes have this effect. For example it seems like all the adjustments have this effect while not all the filters do. I have not tested every filter, but dialog boxes from all the distort filters work fine, while most of the blur filters block me from getting back to Photoshop. On my system the issue seems to be isolated to Photoshop and does not affect Lightroom. Can't comment on any other Adobe product as those are the two I use. Minor upgrade issue, but still annoying.

Hi Lawrence,
Thank you for the report + video.
I am able to reproduce, and I think the issue is related to the use of "Spaces".
In your case, your current active application "System Preferences" is on a different Space than Photoshop before you use command+Tab.
If Photoshop is on the current Space, then things seem to work as expected.
We will investigate.
