Photoshop CC and 2014: clone stamp slow on my system

Clone Stamp Sampling is STILL BROKEN in Photoshop CC.
This has been a problem for OVER A YEAR.
In the latest Photoshop CC 2014 it's even worse!

Alt-click to sample an area, then stroke with the clone stamp cannot be done at a medium to fast pace. It just won't work.
This is a photo retouching technique that has worked in CS6 and below,
but now it is useless.

When will this be fixed? Waited a year. About to just cancel my entire CC subscription.

Other people aren't seeing that problem.
And I cannot reproduce that problem.

Can you give us more details about your system, so we can help you figure out why the clone stamp is responding slowly on your system?

Plenty of people that do serious photo retouching are seeing this problem.
Here is one of the threads about it.

It's not my system that is the problem.
Every previous version of Photoshop still works. 7, cs2,cs3,cs4,cs5,cs6

That's only a few people, and most seemed to have problems with their video card drivers.

So yes, this is still probably something local to your system. It could be a driver (tablet or video are most likely), it could be a third party plugin, or it could be that you set some parameters in the clone source palette that you forgot about.

If it's my system, why does every version of Photoshop from 13.0 and below still work fine?

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.
Freshly installed. Latest Geforce drivers.
