Can't set text "Leading" spacing greater that 72 pts in Photoshop CS6

To reproduce:
1. open a document
2. create some text
3. open Character panel
4. change text Size to 500pt
5. change text Leading to 400pt
6. depending on previous value, it snaps back to some value 72 pts or smaller.

(Ugly) Workaround:
1. change text Size to 50pts
2. change text Leading to 40pts
3. CTRL-T then change W and H to 1000%

The exact value it limits itself to seems to depend on the document resolution.
But yes, it does seem busted.
