You seem to have a limit on the size of the text that can be used to report a problem. My description of my problem yesterday was never transmitted. The "Continue" button never went away. Today I tried a test, using only one word in your text field. When I hit Continue it took me to a list of questions and offered me the chance to forward my problem description. Now I have re-typed my problem but once again the "Continue" button will not go away. If you have a limit to the number of characters you allow, why don't you make this clear on the website?

There is a limit in the size of the field used for the title of the question--in this thread "Character Limit on Website", but not for the description of the question, below that, at least not less than 1000s of characters.

You were successful in posting this message so it's unclear what was occurring before.

There can be glitches in the transmissions to and from the server, or even inconsistencies in the way javascript is handled in various browsers and sometimes trying a different browser can help.

If you want to communicate clearly what is occurring post a screenshot at the point of confusion and attach that to a reply, here, using the Add Image button.
