Anyone else notice the character palette in the top toolbar and side tool palette is not showing any styles for the form fields (font name, size, tracking etc..) ....see attached:

This is on the latest ver of Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop Version: 2015.1 20151114.r.301 2015/11/14:23:59:59 CL 1053036 x64
Operating System: Mac OS 10.10.5

Howdy Brian,

It looks like you've selected multiple runs of text where the font, color, leading, and tracking are different.  When Photoshop notices values that are different in a selection, it blanks the field to demonstrate to the user that the settings are not consistent.

Thanks,
David

No I get why the fields are blank...it's the fields style... that is off. Showing only a 1px border on the bottom..and the background color of the field is the same color gray as the palette window....vs. how "English: USA" or "Sharp" fields are defined and show contrast to the background.

If I read this correctly: The fields are disabled because you selected multiple text style, but you can't really tell that they are disabled because the color choices make them look blank and not intentionally disabled or in a mixed content state.

It's not a matter of disabled anything ... ignore the fact that at the time I took the screenshot I had multiple text fields selected and thus the field is left blank ( I get why this is happening ) ... what I'm referring to is shown clearly in the last screen posted... the size, tracking, kerning, leading, horizontal scale, vertical scale, and baseline shift fields all blend into the palette background ... it looks like the fields are not properly styled. This looks like an error in the program.

You can also see examples of this in the attached files - see the opacity and fill fields in the layers palette as well as the character fields in the top toolbar.

Contrasting and correctly done: The Illustrator fields are clearly defined against the dark gray palette background:

I have the same exact thing happening on my Photoshop in CC2015. Is this fixable? An error?
A setting?
