Changing Country for my Adobe ID

Here's the problem:

- I tried to purchase a license and your system said, I cannot since my adobe ID is assigned to SG while I live in Europe now.
- Your system suggested me to create new Adobe Id
- Okay, I create a new Adobe ID, but apparently I can't .. since my email address already coupled with the country I lived previously.
- I thought, okay maybe I can cancel my account and then create again as new account. You know what .. there's no option to cancel account.

Your system has terrible rigid validation, sorry to say I'm switching product now.
