PHOTOSHOP - Changing the Temporary File location folder

I know that I get to choose the Drive on which I store the temporary files Photoshop uses to run properly, but the problem is that I can't choose the folder. Yes, I know that the files get deleted after I close Photoshop, but it is quite often that I need to go to the highest level on one of my drives because it is the easiest for me to save things there. When I have tons of temporary files to sift through, it makes it very annoying to try and find the file I'm looking for.

My recommendation is for the latest version of Photoshop, CC 2014, which is what I'm using, to give the user the option to choose what FOLDER (file directory) (example: D:\7) Temporary\Media Caches) to save these temporary files in rather than just the drive letter.
