Changes in LR-CC-ecosystem folders structure don't sync in Classic anymore

When I first starting using lightroom CC ecosystem syncing, the folder structure I created on the mobile app or online, would physically sync folder / gallery wise with in the location I told to sync for the echo system

so for example. If in the app I created the following folder structure

2016
2017
2018
MISC
Mobile-bkups

Then when I had the LR-CC-ecosystem set in options where to physically sync those files. They would sync in the structure I set on the phone/website

See the legacy folder left behind when I did this in 2017. I had a default folder called 2017 and an albume called mobile-2017
It created the folder structure physically like I had created in the mobile app ( I loved this feature !!)

Now that folder locations no longer sync, they only sync the structure in the collections.

It was really nice when the eco-system physical location updated how I told it to and create the same structure in collections. The only option now is to create subfolders by date ( bbllahhhh)

Please bring back this functionality

Changes in LR-CC-ecosystem folders structure have never synced in Classic. You must be thinking about something else, though I obviously don't know what that may be.
