Photoshop: change toolbars to better support small display resolution when resizing the app to less than the minimum size

this problem occures when you have a smaller resolution or when you put photoshop on half of the screen width

when you take a tool and want to apply the changes the apply button gets outside the screen

photoshop doesn't show the user there is something outside the screen
this can get very confusing

would it be possible to allow the apply button to move more to the left as there is plenty of empty space
or add a button to notify the user of more buttons outside the window border
most programs add a button that opens a menu with the remaining buttons.

this problem also occurs in the main toolbar of flash

That should be working as long as you have the minimum 1024 x 768 resolution.

What sort of display size are you having trouble with?

its not the monitor resolution in my case that is the problem

its when i resize photoshop to half the screen (1920px / 2)
it should show in some way that there are toolbar icons not being displayed

this is how visual studio and a lot of other programs handle toolbar icons that can't be displayed:
