After completing the information form for my new account - DOB and personal URL, then clicking 'Update Account' - a pop-up informed me I am "Not Eligible" to use the gallery. I used today's date, not thinking there might be an age requirement. I cannot reenter the information. Please help me correct the date. Support sent me here to Family.

Sorry this reply took so long. I don't go online every day.
I just installed Elements 10 for Mac. I asked a friend to visit my gallery site; will reply back to you on whether it is viewable or not.
Thank you.

Hello John,

As you said you have used today's date for making account, there is a min limit of age 13-14(not exactly knew).
so plese try with genuine dob.

thanks,

My complaint is that I am not allowed to change DOB. That option does not appear in "My Account." That is 'knew' to me!

hi John,
As you said you are not allowed to change the DOB field. Here is a work-around, first change your system date 15 years forward, Now go account (or relaunch your app) Now you can able to change the DOB field.

thanks,

The age requirement should be next to the DOB field box.
