Change default workspace back to user defined versus "Start".

Change default workspace back to user defined versus "Start". I feel they should rewrite the option in preferences as well since it says, "Show 'Start' Workspace when no documents are open." It does not say "Use 'Start' Workspace as default workspace," which is what it is actually doing when checked.
