Photoshop: CS6 update fail with U44M1P7

Yesterday I install PS CC. Now when I try to update it I get the following:
Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative Cloud
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7

Also I just read on an adobe page that an update 14.1.1 is out. What the heck is going on here. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Photoshop 13 is CS6, not CC (version 14).
It sounds like you haven't installed Photoshop CC yet.

I have cc installed and fully updated. Under the adobe update application it list the update for cs6 which is also installed. I click update and it fails after extraction.

Tried updating Photoschop CC and have a error reported:
Adobe CSXS Infrastructure 4.
Installation failed
Error code: U44M1P7

Also, the same for:
Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative Cloud

This error always happened after each updates
