CC Photosho and LR cannot print borderless using Canon Pixma Pro-1 printer

Hi,
I have purchased a very new canon pixma pro-1, and a pro monitor. I found a big problem: I cannot print borderless through lightroom neither photoshop. Some research on the web suggested me to instal Canon easy-photo pro plugin, however it is, to date, incompatible with CC PS and Lr versions. So I can not print borderless photos. Canon told me to contact adobe. Not very useful information.

Are you printing to single-photo paper or expecting to print several prints on one sheet?

Are you prints cropped to the same aspect ratio as your paper?

Have you printed borderless before, with another printer?

Can you not find your settings in the printer driver to print borderless?

Or are those set what you feel is correct, but LR/PS are ignoring them?

Hi,
I am printing a single photo paper (canon glossy II pp-201)
The crops are the same ratio.
Never printed border-less before. When I print through lightroom or PS the preview of the printing shows me a missing border. However when I print using the simplest canon software (canon my garden) the margins are (quite almost) there).
Yes I can find the printer option "print borderless".
I imagine there is some distorted comunication between canon software and PS and LR. I tried the canon plugin "canon easy-photo pro" according to some recomendations however these plugins are not compatible / recognised by CC 2015 PS and LR. (Shows up a dialogue box warnig about versions...) I wondered if it could be a problem of conversion of inches to cm (as the conversion may be not quite exact 6"x4" = 10,2 x 15,25cm. I have tried to print using inches only, but It is not possible because the software is maybe set to europe/portugal and maybe that ́s not an option. What you think? Thank you for your attention.

Hi Helder. Since there's additional information here, I thought we'd carry on chatting on this thread instead of http://www.lightroomforums.net/showth...

Looking at your screenshot, can we also see the Layout panel settings please?

You can change the cm to inches in LR to test your theory (or vice versa - whatever the printer driver uses) - it's in the Guides panels.
