I have all my photos on a network connected drive (MyCloud). I would like to have the catalog file also on the MyCloud drive so that both my desktop and laptop could use the same catalog file (not at the same time). Is that possible?

I would not recommend that:

Also, you can't store catalogs on a network with Macs.

The easiest and most efficient way is to store the image files folder tree and the catalog on an external drive that you plug in alternatively to both computers with the same installed version of Elements.
