Hi all,

First of all, I can't tell you how excited I am about Carousel so I can finally keep the family photos organized between all our phones and cameras instead iPhoto.

Here is the context of my question: On my Mac, my wife and I have separate logins. But we are going to share one Carousel login. If I am then running two separate instances of Carousel, does it store all the photos in a central location? Or do I need to turn off "Save images locally" in one instance so Carousel is not saving 2 of everything on our computer?

May I ask why you and your wife are going to share a Carousel login? Why not each have your own login instead? That way your favorites and hers will show up differently. In future versions, we plan to surface more info about who does what in carousels that are shared by multiple people. For example, we can let you sort by who added photos, or we could show who edited which photos. But if you're sharing a single login then none of those features would work for you.
