I uninstalled PS CC in norwegian, changed the language , and installed PS CC in English. I can start the 32-bit version, but when I try to start the 64-bit I get an error message: Photoshop.exe - couldn't find the startpoint.
Any solutions?

The startpoint error means that the installed binary is corrupted.
You need to uninstall, and reinstall the app (and don't forget to reapply updates).

PS CC 64 bits doesn't work. Crashed after update.
Just received this message:

Cannot find entry point in dynamic link library in? Terminate@StructureImageEditing@@YAXXZ on DLL patchMatch.dll.

PS CC opens normally.

OK, that still means that part of the Photoshop 64 bit binaries are corrupted or mismatched for that version of Photoshop.

Uninstalling and reinstalling is still the easiest way to clean it up.
