Photoshop Express: cant sign in

This is my first time I have an A/C with Photoshop. Please tell me what password I must put in and then save. I have put my password in Profile and have no old one ,what do I do now.

Please verify you can sign in on Photoshop.com. You will use the same login credentials on the phone app as you do on the web site. If you don't remember/know your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link from the Photoshop.com sign in page.

Same problem here, and by looking in the Microsoft App Store, many users can't sign in.  I've tried my Adobe ID and I've also tried my Google+, but the Photoshop Express app refuses to let me sign in.

Hello Bob. As you may notice, this post is 5 years old, so I doubt that the issue you are running into is the same. I just logged into Photoshop Express with both my Adobe ID and Google account without issue. Also, it is possible to use Photoshop Express without logging into any account (you just won't be connected to other account to either open images or share them).

What happens when you try to log in? Does it return an error message? Is your user name/password not accepted? Are you able to log into the Adobe website with the same credentials? What device are you using?

I ́m having the same problem, im using an HP windows 10, i tried to sing in with facebook, google and my adobe id and it appears "Theres been an error trying to conect to your adobe id. Please try again." Nothing i do makes it work an you need to sign in to have the premium features

What are you trying to sign into? Photoshop Express is a mobile app (phone or tablet), not something you'd have access to with Windows 10. Are you logging into a website? If so, what is the URL? Are you able to log into Adobe.com?

It is an app for computers too, and you do have access on windows 10, theres no website, you can download it from the Windows AppStore. Yes im able to log in Adobe.com

It seems that Windows 10 allows you to load mobile apps into the desktop version of the OS. But Photoshop Express is not meant to be used on a desktop computer (as we can see in this screen shot, the text and buttons are incorrectly placed). On the Photoshop Express product page, the system requirements only mention working on tablets and phones: http://www.photoshop.com/products/photoshopexpress


For editing from a desktop computer, we offer http://www.photoshop.com/tools

But I'm going to try to install it on my Windows 10 and see whether or not I can get it to work.

I've tried using Photoshop Express on Windows 10 and have run into several issues. As mentioned, this is not a supported operating system for this app. 

I'm not able to sign in by any of the three methods offered.

If you skip the sign in (by using the Skip arrow in the upper right of the sign in screen), you can start working. You'll note at this point there is an option to take images from your "camera" which would be built in on a tablet of phone, but is generally not available for desktop computers.

So why is Windows AppStore letting us download it in the computer showing pictures of the app being used in computer? 3 months ago i could sign in just fine in my computer, and one day it didnt work no more. This really is a recent problem cus it used to work just fine

This may simply be what Photoshop Express looks like on the mobile Windows OS. Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows Phone on which to view this to confirm. While I do note some differences between the Android and iOS versions (which I do have to test with), but this is far more different. 

As to why it worked in the past and doesn't work now, I'm not sure without more information. Sometimes things work even when there was no intention for it to (we refer to this as "unsupported" meaning that while not designed to work there are no blocks to prevent it from working).

I hope they can fix it, no one else has given us an answer an a lot of people had download Photoshop express in their computers. If theres any answer to fix it please tell us

We are looking at resolving this on priority. There seems to be an issue with desktop and tablet devices. It is working fine for Windows Phone.
