Photoshop CS: Can't set up a printer unless I actually print on Win7

When I moved Photoshop CS from Windows XP to Win7, the "Printer" button disappeared from the "Page Setup" window. I have a script that prints without opening a "Print" window, so in order to set up my printer I have to actually start to print a picture, then cancel it, before running my script.

Why is the "Printer" button missing in Win7? Is there any other way to change the printer and/or printer settings without actually printing. (Remember, I'm using CS.)

Does this happen with all printers, or just the one?
And do you have more than one printer installed?

Do you have any third party plugins installed? Have you tried disabling them?

Do you have any system utilities installed that would modify the behavior of the print dialog or UI in general?

Also, CS is much older than Win7, it could be just an incompatibility with the much newer OS.
