Can't get any customer service.

OK, is it just me or can no one get a concern to Adobe. I got a special offer in the mail as a Photoshop Elements user to purchase Lightroom. The kicker is, the offer arrived two days after the deal had expired.
I've contacted Adobe direct sales; I've contacted Adobe Customer Service both of which tell me there's nothing they can do... Customer Service gave me an email address to use and explain my situation and said “hopefully someone will respond”, and what do you know... it got kicked back by Adobe as ‘user unknown’.

Is this Adobe’s idea of customer service? Are they just ignoring people hoping we'll go away?

More importantly, is there any higher level customer service phone number or email that can use to get some help or answers?

I’d appreciate it if someone could let me know. Thanks. Tom M.
