PhotoShop Elements won't start when my computer is away from my home network. It just keeps looking for the network. All I can think is that it is looking for "recently opened files" that were on the network. How can I clear this?
You are probably right, it is looking at your network for recent files and recent save to locations. Resetting the preferences should do the trick. Just hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift when launching the Editor and you should be prompted to delete the settings file, do so. If you don't get the timing down right, you can manually delete the settings file here:
