Collections seem to be functioning OK - the correct photos are in the collections, but I can't edit since there are no rules displayed:

Here is the smart collection's settings, exported:
-----------------------------------------------------------

s = {
id = "0D3ADA27-6C50-4CE7-975C-AF3D55385A2B",
internalName = "_temp",
title = "_temp",
type = "LibrarySmartCollection",
value = {
{
criteria = "keywords",
operation = "any",
value = "RobColesWebsitePersonal",
value2 = "",
},
{
criteria = "filename",
operation = "noneOf",
value = ".THM",
value2 = "",
},
{
criteria = "camera",
operation = "any",
value = "D300",
value2 = "",
},
{
criteria = "folder",
operation = "any",
value = "Personal",
value2 = "",
},
{
{
criteria = "sdktext:com.robcole.lightroom.metadata.DevMeta.stackPos",
operation = "any",
value = "Not Stacked",
value2 = "",
},
{
criteria = "sdktext:com.robcole.lightroom.metadata.DevMeta.stackPos",
operation = "words",
value = "1",
value2 = "",
},
combine = "union",
},
combine = "intersect",
},
version = 0,
}

UPDATE: Problem is due to smart collection referencing plugin metadata, but plugin is disabled. Need better way of handling than just a blank form.

This *IS* a problem - there is NO WAY (short of editing with text editor) to fix a smart collection which refers to an item in a non-existent or disabled plugin, or to even see what the problem is. Not only that, but there is no indication that anything is wrong with smart collections referencing invalid rules.

Suggested amendment:
* tag a smart collection as "invalid", so user knows the photo set defined is not what was originally intended.
* allow editing such a smart collection, and identify the offending rule for remedy.
