Photoshop: how do I change blend modes by keyboard shortcut?

photoshop CS6 and CS5 in Mac :
Why I can't change the effects mood of the image very easy by the key bored in Mac not like in my Wind

for example : I want to see all the mood of the effects in my photo so I can pick ( soft light , hard light .. ) but in my Mac I can't make it easy like wind I have to click only

someone help me with that ?

You want to be able to scroll through the blending modes?
Try Shift + and Shift -

However, If you have the Paintbrush selected, you will scroll through blending modes for the brush and not the layer.

I would like to scroll through layer modes when having activated one with keyboard keys down and up. Then I could select the layer mode with Enter.
