Can't change my Adobe ID

When I try to change my Adobe ID from my company's email address to my personal email address, I click on the option to verify my email address, I get the notice that a message was sent to me at the new address, but I never get it.

I get other messages at both email addresses, and I get Adobe's messages at my company's address, so I know it's not me.
