Can't authorize Flicker in lightroom 4.3

hello, hope someone can help me.

somehow i have to reauthorize my flickr acount in lightroom 4.3....
but everytime i try, after clicking authorize on flicker, the browser gives me a unknow protocoll message and flicker does not get authorized how can i solve this?
