Photoshop: Can't update to 21.0.1

Hi,

yesterday I saw on my private MacBookPro (running Mojave) that a "new" update for Photoshop got released. Now I found out that its already 1 month old.
Today I tried to update my iMac at work. Its running HighSierra 10.13.6 (17G8030), but the update doesn't show up in the Creative Cloud app. 21.0 seems to be "up to date".
CMD + ALT + R didn't work for me. Everything refreshed, but the update still isn't there.

In the past I already had some problems with HighSierra and Adobe updates. But the fact that I'm already at 21.0 makes me wondering why I can't download the update to solve "all" these hilarious bugs.

Does anyone know how I can fix that and get the update?

Thank you.

That's because you have a Creative Cloud for Teams account. Your team admin has likely disabled updates.

Thank you for your reply. But I don't think thats the problem. I updated from CC 2019 to 2020 by my own without the admin.

Hi Telea, Admins can selectively choose which updates are allowed. So they may have allowed updating 21.0.0 but hasn't allowed 21.0.1 or 21.0.2.

Hi Jeffrey, nice to know. I talked to the admin and the update isn't disabled. Is there any other possible solution?
