Since the Oct Adobe CC update, I can no longer post crash reports for these Apps.

The Crash Report dialog box appears as normal, but when I type in my email address (have checked it many times & it is typed correctly) another dialogue box appears saying "The email address you entered is invalid. Pleae correct it before submitting this crash report"

Can you post a screen shot of the crash report dialog that's giving you issue?

Thanks. Let me ask some folks who work on Crash Reporter. Only thing I can think of is to try the email address associated with your membership. (looks like the email address you have specified here doesn't have an active membership associated with it)

Looks like it's the - in your email address that is causing the problem. Take the - out and put the full email address in the description field.

Yes Photoshop is crashing too. Every app is crashing at differrent times. Am averaging about 12 crashes per day.
Am I understanding your suggestion correctly? The "-" is part of my corporate email address. So I can't remove it.
This email address is the one used by my Adobe ID. My Company has the Adobe for Teams subscription/license.
FYI Have tried disabling the Graphics co-processor. Doesn't fix the problem.
Thanks for your help Jeffrey

What I'm saying is to remove the - from the field when you enter it in the crash reporter dialog,

Will try this & let you know
Any ideas why this is a problem now? Before the Oct 2018 update I was able to submit under my email address including the hyphen.
