Can't open the app. It' happened to me twice since I got it last month. 1st time was because I was still in trial mode and went past my 30-day trial period. I had the code# but apparently didn't input it. After I input it, the app would not work. Uninstall and reinstall. It worked. But now, I can't get it to open. Uninstalling and reinstalling is super inconvenient. Any help?
