Photoshop: Says application components are missing and I need to reinstall

when i try to open photoshop it says "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application." i don't know what to do

The message tells you how to solve the problem.
Uninstall the application, then reinstall the application to replace the needed files that are missing.

If you already installed, Uninstall it, then install again, make sure that you will close all the programs that running on your computer, specially antivirus, you need to disable it.. Then see what happen.. ;)
