I'm trying to download Creative Cloud to my laptop, I successfully installed it to my desktop a couple of months ago. When I try on my laptop, after I click to install the Creative Cloud, it asks me for a username and password for Creative Cloud. I've used my Adobe information, which is the only one I used when installing it and it won't work. Then it tries to have me reset my password but the information it asks for it won't even let me fill in. Please help.

Do you have a screen shot of the dialog that's asking for you username and password?

I believe what you might be describing is the OS X user account that you use to log into your computer and install software - not the Creative Cloud Adobe ID/Password.
