Can't Hide Color Label Options from Menu (bug report)

I wrote the following as a question on the Adobe support page:

I just switched to PS CC 2015 (on my new Macbook Pro) and I'm still getting used some of the window/menu differences.  For example, if you right click a layer in the layer panel, the menu that pops up contains everything I'm used to, PLUS 7 or 8 colors that you can choose to label the layer with.  However, I do not currently use color labels, and they take up so much vertical space in the menu that it is annoying/difficult to find the menu option I actually want.
I know how to access the the menu visibility options (Edit>Menus...), but once I'm there, I cannot find the color labels to hide them.  Can anyone help?

The only response that had any sort of solution was from an "Adobe Community Professional" who wrote:

As I understand it, you want to hide the visibility of applying the color labels when right-clicking a layer. Is that correct? I don't see it in Edit > Menus either. I suggest filing a bug report.

I followed the link that was provided and it led me here.  If this is not a bug and there is a solution, please let me know.
