I purchased Photoshop Elements 2019 (& Premiere Elements 2019) I downloaded and now want to edit some photos, but can't find how to get started!  I only go to a help dashboard, or an offer to either license or start a free trial.  When I click on license, it asks for a serial #, but I was never sent one.... I'm sure simple but can't find it, please help!

Where did you purchase your Elements 19 from?

I ordered it online from Best Buy. It was a deal for both Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 and Premiere Elements 2019 for the price of the former alone.

Not only am I unable to retrieve the serial number, but I discovered another serious issue:  I decided to get the free trial to at least get some work done until I figured this out.  With the free trial, I discovered that when I import photos from my telephone, either from my computer or directly from my phone, it shows an error message:  "Could not complete your request because the file specifies an unsupported JPEG precision."  So I'm not able to work on ANY photos that come from my telephone camera!  It rejects them ALL.

This is what Photoshop Elements 13 started to do, and I just assumed it meant that it was now outdated.  But the 2019 is doing the same thing!  So there is a serious two-fold issue here.  Of course I can get my money back, but I'd like to be able to successfully use Photoshop Elements -- I need it for some of my work. Any info/advice enormously appreciated!!  Thanks.
