I finally got a new computer that can handle WIN 10 & PSE 15. I downloaded PSE 15, put in the serial no., etc. but it's not opening. When I downloaded it I actually got TWO SERIAL numbers, I don't know why. I've had no luck finding any help at Adobe. When I click the desktop PSE icon, all I get is an icon to click and a list of the contentsI finally got a new computer that can handle WIN 10 & PSE 15. I've looked at the Adobe website for PSE installation directions but can't find any help there. Can you please help me out here...what am I not doing right?

Adobe's support is indeed horrible. I can only tell you to keep trying to reach someone via their website or try this email:  sagupta@adobe.com.  This was a tech from Adobe who did eventually help me with my crashing issue with PE 15.  I hasten to add however that when I tried downloading photos from my camera to PE15 and to computer (also Windows 10) PE crashed yet again.  I emailed this person again and now, after 3 days, no response.  Perhaps some honest reviews on a site like Amazon will wake them up to fact that the company has to stop taking its customers for granted!

Someone did post to Amazon that Elements 15 does not work with Windows 10. Does anything at Adobe work? Windows 10 is also a massive mess but it is inevitable, so I'm gonna go back to blaming Adobe. When trying to edit photos in Elements 15 I get a message to download the application manager. I've done it at least three times and I still can't edit. I tried opening Photoshop and Elements at the same time but still no edition capabilities in Elements 15. I look at the properties of the downloaded applications manager and it is from 2012 and by a weird publisher, not Adobe. So it looks like Adobe farmed the work out to some third party company and has not bothered to check on it since 2012! What a bunch of chaos. Does anyone actually work at Adobe or do they just put up useless websites? The whole Photoshop CC seems fairly useless. It is overly complicated, I'm no dummy and I know my way around computers and with a little practice and tutorials anyone should become proficient with any software, but Adobe is impossible. To compare Adobe to hard book days, it is like a 24 volume set encyclopedia but with pages torn out and re-pasted back in haphazardly. Yea, all the information is in there somewhere and it looks really cool, but ya can't read it, nothing is organized in a familiar way, you can't quote from it as all the pages are out of sequence, and what was once a powerful tool, is now just sitting on the desk-top taking up valuable space and works only as a fun little toy to glance at from time to time.

Sorry to say but after starting out with PSE 3 and after all these years, I'm going to ask for my money back and go back to PSE 11. I've wasted too much time trying t o get 15 to work AND getting a heavy duty new computer, I'm washing my hands of the whole mess. What has happened to Photoshop Elements? As they say "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

I'm not getting good vibes about successfully installing PSE-15. I too am having problem installing PSE-15 and it not working at all. I've been PSE user since Version 1. Today, am about ready to trash it. I'm going to try and reinstall PSE-7...which worked until I upgraded to Win-10. If anyone has suggestions/recommendations, please holler. Thank you
