I have purchased a new computer and I intend to continue using Photoshop 11. I was successful at one point to arrange for a new download of the product on to my new computer. Doing that involved using a long code number that I can no longer locate. I need to know where to find that number again. But I also need to overcome problems I faced in installing the program again. It seems that the program comes in two parts and both parts need to be in the same folder for the installation to occur. I kept getting confused about what was not in which folder, and could not it to proceed. I probably have both parts of the program on my computer now but I can't them to work together. Any help you can provide will be appreciated -- online or by phone.

Do you mean Elements 11?

If you downloaded the product from Adobe, or registered your product with Adobe, then your serial number is available on your account details when you log into adobe.com.

Can you tell me where/how I can access my serial number when I login? Under what heading? And can you help me with second question about downloading and installation. The sequence of steps, as I understood it, was not obvious or automatic. Did I in fact need to place parts of the download in the same folder for it to install? Why are the two parts not connected in a way that the one locates and works with the other? I found it very difficult to tell the difference between them so that I could put them together. It would have been much easier if they worked together without my coordinating them.
