Problems with download

I still try to download your product and all I get is a frozen screen when I hit continue. If you cant fix this I will have to find other editing software. Please email me if you have a solution. I will not try your website again unless I hear from you. If I don't hear from you I will try your competitor.

You are posting on a public forum, so Adobe may or may not read and reply to your post.

My suggestion would be to try another browser brand (IE, FF, Chrome). The javascript may not work in all versions of all brands. There may also be a virus or internet-security product blocking access.

It is also not obvious from your initial post what product you're trying to download, in other words, what webpage you're on when you click Continue. At least one of the pages for one of the software items does require acknowledging a license agreement via a checkbox before the Download button will become enabled, but from your description that may not be what's happening to you.
