Lightroom Classic: Can't export and import a preset using with XMP file format

The .lrtemplate filetype has changed to .xmp and it doesn't appear to be easily exported and imported. After export, it appears the import does not work.

I think the issue is that you are trying to import an already existing preset. You changed the filename but the content is exactly the same. Change the name of the preset and then try.
