I downloaded them without a problem to a computer running Windows 7 but I can't download them on a Windows 10 machine. Any ideas? Thanks

OK, that helps.

It reads "The program can't start because node.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I've tried to reinstall it several times.
