I am trying to use my Photoshop.com account. After I login I get the screen that has a button for uploading photos. When I click on that button the correct screen appears for about a second and then the screen goes mostly blank and just does nothing. I tried to use Adobes' help but can not get anywhere there either. I did just renew this subscription a couple of weeks ago.

Hi Larry

I work in another area for Adobe, but let me take a shot at helping you troubleshoot this problem. If you have moire than one browser on your machine, does this problem happen in all web browsers?

When I encounter problems, I try clearing my browser's internet history (also known as browser cache). On Windows, most browsers use Ctrl-Shift-Delete to access the panel for clearing your browser cache. Methods vary for different browsers for Mac, so I suggest doing a web search for more info if you run OS X. You don't need to clear history or cookies if that's offered. Just clear the cached or temporary data.

If you are using the Online Organizer to upload, which is accessed from the menu Me > My library on photoshop.com, that requires the Flash plugin, and I have separate advice for that: update the Flash plugin, and try clearing the Flash cache.

Go here to download and install the latest Flash plugin: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (the Mcafee Security Scan app that's offered is optional).

After updating Flash, go to this page, and after finding static.photoshop.com in the list, delete it. Or "Delete all sites," if you like. Do not worry, this info gets rebuilt easily. Here's the page you want: http://www.macromedia.com/support/doc...

If none of this helps, please let us know so we can help troubleshoot this further.
