Lightroom: Cannot import from catalog in the 64-bit version of LR 3.5

Import from Catalog doesn't work in the 64-bit version. After creating a temporary working copy of the catalog and checking for duplicate photos, it starts checking for changed duplicate photos. It will continue to dispaly this notice until the end of time if you let it, but it will not import the library.

You probably want to include the platform you are on. There is a widget in the help menu that displays useful information for problems like this.

If you are on a Mac, you can "sample" the Lightroom process via Activity Monitor (or whatever it is called) to see what it is doing when it is spinning like this.

Ted, are you seeing this problem with all catalogs, or just this one? And what happens if you try importing into a clean catalog?

The destination dowesn't seem to matter. I'm not sure what other catalogs may have the same problem as I am just trying to import this one.

It would be helpful to know if it's specific to the one catalog. Please try creating a simple catalog to try and narrow things down a bit.
