Express: Cannot connect to Revel account with Express on Win 8.1

When clicking on Adobe Revel option in Adobe Photoshop Express I got this error:

"There was an error connecting to your Adobe Revel account. Please try again"

Trying again didn't solve the issue.

Are you able to sign into Revel directly on your device or from a web browser at adoberevel.com? Let's make sure it is not a login issue and then we can dig deeper.

Hi Pattie,

Yes, I had no problem signing into web page or revel app in windows 8.
I have tried to uninstall and install Photoshop Express but it didn't help. I have give up.

Yesterday I have tried to check it again and this time it was working without any problem. Possible explanation could be that I was uploading a lot of photos and syncing was running in that time and it could have impact on signing process maybe.

Anyway it's OK now.

I have the same problem. Can sign in to Revel on Ipad, IPhone and Adobe Revel web site but not through photoshop elements 12.

Are you still facing this issue? Have you upgraded to Elements 12.1?
If not, please do so. Let me know if it still does not help.
