After updating to El Capitan I tried printing from Photoshop and got the message: Could not print because the disk is not available.

What's up?

Generally that error comes from the printer driver trying to access something on an old disk (like when you migrate from another system), or trying to read a file that is missing from the driver.

So Should I re-install the printer driver?

I suspect a permissions issue. Reinstall might possibly work. If not, try creating a new Admin user account and run Photoshop from the new user account to see if the problem goes away: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...

I have this exact same problem however, I can print from CS6 but I cannot print from CC. This is yet another thing I need to switch back to CS6 for because CC will not work. Any suggestions? I just installed the printer and a new user does not work. Thanks.
