Bridge: Cannot open after installing new cloud version

Installed new version of Bridge Cloud. All my old files were incorporated successfully. After several days, could not open from either the taskbar or from the program menu. Should I re-install. Do not want to ose my files.

What OS version are you using?
What exactly is happening when you try to launch Bridge?
