Cannot Download Creative Cloud Assets

I have the Creative Cloud Photoshop and Light Room one year plan. I tried to download assets; all I get it upgrade. When I go to my account, it says that I have access to primum assets. I ahve tried everything. Can any one help me with issue please.

Try to re-launch the Creative Cloud app.

With the Creative Cloud app active press:

- option, cmd, R for Mac

- Ctrl, alt, R for Windows

Does that help?

No that did not work. It seems others are having the same issue. I have yet to find any support from Adobe. I am not sure what to do at this point. I have spent 3 days trying to fix the issue. I have reinstalled the app. I pay by the month, so I am not sure if it is an registering issue.

Unfortunately, Market Assets aren't available to Creative Cloud Photography Plan members. I did not realize that before. My apologies.
