After installing 2015.8, I can no longer access Auto Import Settings from the File menu. Is this a new bug?

I'm having this problem as well on a new install of Windows 10. Lightroom CC 2015.9. I am manually importing my photos while this bug is being addressed. Manual imports to my Auto Imported Photos folder are working fine. That's my workaround for the moment.

You all should just use this plugin: http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/folder-watch It's so much more useful and customisable.
