I am looking to buy photoshop on my macbook. And I saw a few comments below that says that it doesn't support retina display, is this true or can I still buy photoshop? If not, what is a good alternative?

Elements 14 works well on a Retina iMac, except for a small problem - the Stamp and Spot Healing Brush cursors show as an extremely fine 1 pixel outline, and these cursors almost disappear against a grey or similar background. Is there any way to fix this?
