I'm trying to upload my video files from Photoshop.com so I can get my files back to my computer. I have a video on there called "We Care Park" which will not let me upload as it says the file is too big. How do I retrieve this video?

Your description is confusing.
Are you trying to send your video file from your computer to Photoshop.com (upload)?
Or are you trying to get the file from Photoshop.com to your computer (download)?

I'm trying to get the file from Photoshop.com to my computer. Error Message: "The size of your zip file is more then 500 MB. Please select fewer assets and try again."

Ok, so you're trying to download to your machine.

Are you selecting just one video file? And is that file over 500Meg?

I am cleaning out my files on Photoshop.com. I have one file left to upload to my computer from Photoshop.com and it will not let per the error message above. All my other files have been deleted but the one and only file left on the Photoshop.com server.

I am reading exactly what you are saying - but what you are saying doesn't quite make sense.

If you answer my questions, I might be able to help you figure out what is going wrong.

If you read my questions you would understand that I am trying to get the file from Photoshop.com back to my computer so I can delete my Photoshop.com account and start with Revel!

Yes, that's what I said - but you keep saying "upload" when that word doesn't apply (because you are trying to download). That's why I asked for clarification.

I'll figure it out! Thanks anyway! Wasn't my intention to confuse anybody!
