Photoshop Elements 9: Can not connect to costco to print photos

I use to be able to connect to costco photo center directly from PSE 9.0 to print photos. The link no longer works. The link to Shutterfly does still work.

What do you see instead of the Costco page? Do you get an error? Seems to be working on my side.
