Can I make my own "movie posters" using If so, how? Any tips?

I love the Hunger Games, they're my life, yes, I'm obsessed. But ever since movie stills started coming out, people have been making these awesome posters with the stills that Lionsgate released. I have so many ideas and I'll put some examples of some other people's work. I love them, but I'd like to make my own.

Official Response isn't sophisticated enough to create the complex layering/compositing in your example. I would suggest trying Photoshop Elements, which you can download and try for free for 30 days here:
