Problems entering serial number

Hello together.
My Problem is i can t enter my Serial Number! It s wroting every time contact the customer Service!...

It s writen to, you have use this Serial number on other Computers.. i never logt in a other Computer!! This Problem is since the last update! I don t know what to do!

I can not find any contact Person on the Adobe Website for my Problem! Chat wasn t aviable...

Which Adobe product are you using?
Which version?
Which OS version?
What specific error do you get when you attempt to enter your serial number?

Hello

im using Adobe premier Elements and photoshop elements! Same problem!

Bouth the 13. Version

On a windows Computer Windows 8.1

Message: "This Serial number can t be checkd pleas contact the Suport!"

I have W lan or internet at all times!

I reinstall bouth programms same problem! I think somthing is wrong with my Serial nummber or; befor the last Update, bout programms are still working! After that (the update) i had to log in again and it creats this problem!

It was writen you are still logt in on your acount... you can only use it on one computer at the same time...

Than it ask me for an other Serial number or try the same again! If i do the same serial number again... its written:
"This Serial number can t be checkd pleas contact the Suport!"

You need to call Adobe Customer Support.

Are you sure you are entering the serial number and not your redemption number by mistake?
